Scarborough Workshop (Evening)

Scarborough Whitby and Ryedale Mind are holding three different free workshops in Scarborough with the aim of boosting people’s wellbeing.
They are open to anyone whether they are struggling with their mental health or just want to improve their own coping skills.

The final evening workshop is running on Monday 25th March from 6pm until 8.15pm on Anger Management.
The session give people the chance to discuss what anger is and how it affects people. It will also help individuals recognise the signs that they are becoming angry and ways to help them to manage anger effectively and safely.
Scarborough Whitby and Ryedale Mind has a small fund to help people pay for transport if they are able to show evidence of financial hardship. The centre is close to the bus stops on the 7, 7A and 128 route.
The courses will be delivered by a member of the charity’s staff in a relaxed atmosphere with opportunities for people to share and talk if they wish.
They are all being held at Falsgrave Community Resource Centre in Seamer Road, Scarborough and people can attend as many as they wish.
