Mindfulness in Whitby

At the Whitby Drop-In on Monday, October 3 Hazel, our Volunteer Training and Development Coordinator will be presenting an hour long introduction to Mindfulness. It's open to anyone, there is plenty of ongoing research which shows that Mindfulness meditation can have a beneficial impact on mood and health in general. So why not come along and find out more.

This introduction to Mindfulness will include a short talk and the opportunity to practise some simple mindfulness techniques.
