Scarborough, Whitby and Ryedale Mind have a rolling program which is designed to ensure that our policies and procedures are robust, fit for purpose and evolve in line with best practice and any changes to the law.  This is a requirement of our Mind Quality Mark. Occasionally we ask for feedback and ideas on policy changes so get in touch if you would be interested in contributing.

If you are interested in reading any of these policies or procedures, please contact us and we can provide an electronic copy.  Other formats are available on request to ensure that this information is available to people with sensory or communication difficulties, and a member of staff can contact you to talk about how the policy works in practice.
