SUMMARY:Get Active National Launch
DESCRIPTION:Join us for the official National Launch of the Get Active project\, aiming to support people affected by negative mental health into physical activity in order to boost wellbeing. \n\n\n\nThe day will start with a dog walk\, as part of our regular dog walking group\, followed by refreshments at the Peasholm Community Hub. \n\n\n\nDuring the afternoon\, you are welcome to join us for games on the beach including beach volleyball and rounders. \n\n\n\nThe day will celebrate the project and all that we are doing\, and plan to do throughout the project lifespan. It will be attended by our National Mind colleagues\, as well as a photographer and members of the press.
