At Scarborough, Whitby and Ryedale Mind, we support children and young people with their mental health, emotional wellbeing and confidence.
Our children and young people’s services offer safe, supportive spaces for young people who may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-harm, confidence, identity, friendships, school, isolation, or feeling overwhelmed.
We know that every young person is different. Some may need one-to-one support, some may feel more comfortable in a group, and others may need activity-based support that helps them build confidence in a way that feels less clinical or pressured.
Our services are designed to meet young people where they are, helping them feel listened to, understood and supported.
