Support for girls and non binary young people aged 11-24

Lighthouse is a children and young people’s wellbeing service for girls and non-binary young people aged 11–24 who may be struggling with their mental health, emotional wellbeing, confidence, identity, relationships, school, college, work, or everyday life.

The service offers tailored one-to-one and group support in a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space.

We know that many young people can feel overwhelmed, isolated, anxious, low in confidence, or unsure where to turn. Some may be dealing with difficult experiences, challenges around identity, pressure from school or relationships, or feelings that are hard to explain.

Lighthouse provides support that is led by the young person, helping them feel listened to, understood and less alone.
