With Santa’s Grotto, a festive fun run, and a buzzing community atmosphere, we’re expecting a fantastic crowd of families, shoppers, and Christmas lovers. It’s the perfect chance to:

Key Information

  • Stall fee: £20 (payable by card to Dalby Forest on the day)

  • Insurance: Public Liability Insurance of at least £5 million required

  • Risk Assessment: Must be submitted by 29th October 2025

  • Set up: Please bring your own tables/equipment

  • Power: No electricity available on site

  • Payments: We recommend that all stalls are cash based as there is very limited WIFI availability
