We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Children and Young People’s Mental Health Support Worker to help lead our growing CYP services across Scarborough, Whitby and Ryedale.
This full-time role combines direct, trauma-informed support for young people with more complex needs with day-to-day guidance and line management for our CYP Support Workers. You’ll work alongside young people, families, schools and local partners to provide safe, inclusive and person-centred support that helps young people feel heard, build on their strengths and move forward.
If you have strong experience supporting children and young people, a confident understanding of safeguarding and risk, and a genuine commitment to inclusive mental health support, we’d love to hear from you.
