Make a Difference: Volunteer with Us

Volunteers are the heartbeat of the charity sector, and in a small charity like ours, your time and skills can transform lives. With the demand for mental health support increasing every day, we urgently need compassionate, dedicated volunteers to help us make a real impact.

Whether it’s offering a listening ear as a befriender, organizing a fundraiser, or lending your expertise behind the scenes, every role you take on makes a tangible difference to people in need. For a small charity like ours, your efforts could mean reaching someone who might otherwise go without support.

Volunteering isn’t just about giving back; it’s also an enriching and rewarding experience for you. You’ll gain valuable skills, build confidence, meet incredible people, and know that you’re part of something meaningful.

Don’t just take our word for it:

“Volunteering here has been life changing. I’ve met amazing people and felt so appreciated. It’s incredible to know I’m helping others while growing as a person.” – Sarah, Volunteer Befriender.

“I started fundraising to support mental health services, but I’ve gained so much in return—new friends, skills, and a real sense of purpose.” – Mike, Fundraising Volunteer.

No matter how much time you have to give, we have a role for you. From regular commitments like befriending someone facing isolation to one-off activities like helping at an event, your involvement matters. Some of our roles can be done from home if preferred and activities like befriending and support groups also happen outside normal working hours so we can find a role or match for you if you’re in employment.

Take the first step today—help us make a difference. Explore our volunteer opportunities and find the role that’s right for you. Together, we can change lives.
