This course is designed for individuals who want to become a MHFAider®, equipping them with the knowledge, awareness, and skills to identify signs of poor mental health, initiate supportive conversations, and guide individuals toward appropriate help.

In addition to the training, you will join the Association of Mental Health First Aiders, the largest dedicated community of MHFAiders in England. This membership provides ongoing learning, valuable resources, and 24/7 digital support, ensuring you have the tools to carry out your role effectively—whether in the workplace, as a volunteer, or within the community.
