Our Neighbourhood Befriending Training

3 Hour free training for anyone interested in being a Befriending volunteer on the Our Neighbourhood project. There is no other befriending project like this in the area. Our goal is to build confidence in the person and encourage community involvement as the person who is befriended will be encouraged to volunteer in the community, either with ourselves at SWR Mind or elsewhere in the community. Our clients are in Scarborough or the immediate surrounding area and are 18+.
