Based on our Parent’s Guide to Understanding Mental Health workbook, this session will help you:

  • Build everyday tools to support emotional wellbeing

  • Learn how to communicate openly and respond calmly in difficult moments

  • Reflect on your own wellbeing and role as a supportive parent or carer
